Plaintiff claim dfendant assaulted her son during an altercation. Defendant claims that plaintiffs son provoked him by calling him a racial slur, therefore, they do not owe him anything. Parties used to go to the same school, alternate schjool, expelled from previous school for problem with teachers. Plaintiff claims they were walking down the street, a group of kids came close to them and started to instigate a fight, told him to take down his bike. Both parties have been in Juvenile detention after this altercation. Judge Alex does not justify violence for a verbal racial slur, there is other ways of resolving problems.
