Plaintiff claims defendant refuses to pay the amount owed on their joint credit card, for charges made by him, leaving her with the bill and abandoning their child. Defendant claims plaintiff was the one who ran up their credit card bill, leaving him for another woman, claims she opened the credit card account and pretends he will pay it off. Plaintiff is also suing for expenses for the child they have, miscellaneus, she claims there is a child support order but defendant does not pay child support. Plaintiff did not present any evidence.

OMG...imagine the poor child's life...pitiful...STOP BREEDING...mandatory birth control should be administered after a background/mental investigation...the plaintiff was on another judge program...couldn't answer any questions the judge asked...putting both hands over her face and crying on her mother's shoulder...scammers

She was on another court show where she and the man got sued by her parents over cost of living. This is so fake!
