Plaintiff claims defendant moved out and took all of her belongings with him. Defendant claims plaintiff spent his money faster than he could make it, denies taking her belongings and he should not pay her mortgage. Plaintiff claims they were separated living in the same house because she lost her job and did not have money to pay for the divorce, he is hard to live with as he is a mess. Defendant called her names in court, judge gave him a warning. Plaintiff claims he took almost everything from the house. Plaintiffs witness, Mr. Murphy, who is defendants roommate testified in favor of plaintiff, witnessed new stuff brought by defendant to the house, TV, clothing, rings, all of plaintiffs belongings; also, another roommate sent an statement against defendant, witnessed the property as well. After listening to all the statements from witnesses and plaintiffs melt down because he took her out the insurance and she is diabetic; Judge Alex went off on the defendant.
