EPISODE DESCRIPTION

Plaintiff claims defendant killed her dog by throwing him through the apartment window from a 4th floor. Defendant denies killing the dog. Plaintiff says she already had the dog when she decided to move in with defendant, she loved her dog; her mother testified in Court saying the dog was like a grandchild to her. Plaintiff claims one day when she got home she could not find the dog, she started freaking out looking for the dog,t, defendant claims she was violent and out of control making her son nervous. Plaintiff showed in Court a video she got from the maintenance guy of the building, as evidence, showing the defendant picking up the dog from the ground, dead. Defendant claims she did not tell neighbors or anyone there because they were not allowed to have dogs in the building, she claims she constantly warned the plaintiff about leaving window open. Counterclaim: Dismissed. Ruling: Defendant to pay $5000 for pain and suffering.
