Parties are neighbors. Plaintiff claims defendant stole her car while she was sleeping, and crashed it. Defendant claims she did not totaled plaintiffs car, she was carjacked. Defendant admits she took the car, borrowed, she did not steal it, plaintiff says she did not give her authorization to get it. Defendant claims that on her way back after dropping off her guy friend at his house, she stopped at a convenience store and was kidnapped, car was stolen.
