EPISODE DESCRIPTION
Plaintiff claims defendant hit her car and then fled the scene. Defendant denies hitting the car, says its a case of mistaken identity, also says the car looks like it was already damaged. Plaintiff says she was on the highway, defendant rear ended her car, hit her and fled the scene, she was able to identify her. Plaintiff took it upon to herself to identify the defendant, 4 months later she saw the car again, followed her, defendant says they chased her down on the highway. Defendant says the damages on her car was for another hit to the car, nothing to do with plaintiffs claim. Defendant did not have insurance, license was suspended. Judge ruled in favor of plaintiff, wished her good luck with the criminal charged that will follow.

Dear My World Judges, H.N.
