Plaintiff claims that defendant punched her and broke her lips while she was vacationing with her 11 yr old daughter. Defendant cl;aims that was plaintiff who attacked her. The altercation happened over a reservation, in a Hotel where defendant works. Plaintiff showed evidence of her injuries, and, her daughter stated her testimony in Court as a witness. Defendant failed to present evidence, said the video was erased, presented a letter from her employer with a description of what the video had, which the Judge disregarded as it was his opinion and convenient for the Hotel; also, defendant did not show evidence of injuries. Defendant had a bad attitude and was thrown out of Court.
