Parties were room mates. Plaintiff claims she kept the guitar because defendant owes her money. Plaintiff claims defendant knew he had financial problems and knew he was not going to pay for the trip. Defendant showed evidence with their handwriting of a log of charges they were keeping on the trip to split it later. Defendant claims plaintiff wrecked her car. Judge rules that parties return to each other what belongs to them.
