Defendant claims she already paid the plaintiff. plaintiff admits defendant gave him her debt card to cover the trip to the convention, plaintiff claims the card did not cover the trip. At some point she told him to take the amount owed from the card and when she checked the card she had nothing left. Defendant claims she gave him her Ipod as a collateral, he did not retun it.
