Plaintiff claims she got the used furniture from plaintiff, was told that it will take 2 weeks to deliver it, the furniture was never delivered. Defendant claims that plaintiff never went to her house to pick it up, she waited a year and then gave it away, also told her all sales were final. plaintiff says she made several attempts to pick it up. Defendant claims the reason plaintiff wanted her money back was because she bought another set.
