EPISODE DESCRIPTION

Plaintiffs are also demanding the refund for an automatyic garage opener they had to buy as they did not feel safe getting out of their car to open the garage as the defendants Pit Bull was always running in her front yard. Defendant claims plaintiff provoked the attack. Plaintiffs say they called animal control several times. Plaintiffs also claim that defendant stole their tricycle, they left it in their front yard and in 3 hours was gone, she called the police, showed the police report; later on she saw defendants grandson riding the bicycle, took pictures, presented it as evidence. Defendant admits the dog attacked the plaintiff in response of her yelling.
