Parties are mother and daughter. Plaintiff claims defendant ruined her credit. Plaintiff claims defendant stole her ID from her. Defendant claims she was using plaintiffs credit card, and that most of the time she was present. Plaintiff showed enough evidence on her case. Small claims court only allows to award $3000, but, because defendant had several causes of action the Judge awarded all of them separately to the plaintiff.
