Plaintiff claims defendant is holding her hot tub and refrigerator hostage, she says that when they broke up she moved to another city to a smaller place and agreed with defendant he was going to hold those to items for around 2 weeks until she find an storage which she did. She is now suing for the value of the items as she could not get it from defendant. Defendant claims she told him to keep the 2 items for good as she was unable to fit it in her new place.
