Plaintiff is suing her brothers girlfriend. Plaintiff claims that defendant took her car one day and got into a car accident going from club to club, totaled her car, she wants her to pay the remainder that is owed in the car, plus, late fees. Defendant and plaintiff both admit that defendant was paying for the vehicle already as she was letting her use it. Defendant says she is not paying for a car she cannot drive, and, that plaintiff has been talking bad about her.
