Defendant claims that plaintiff moved and abandoned her vehicle. Plaintiff claims she moved, had authorization from the landlord to leave her vehicle there; nevertheless the defendant who is her neighbors boyfriend and is not even listed on the lease, had her car towed for no reason, per plaintiff. She also says that she was still effective on her lease when the incident occurred, therefore entitled to have her car there, and that defendant told her that he had her car towed because there was no space for his friends to park, plaintiff says she believes he did it on retaliation for her calling the police one night at 4am because of the noise coming from his girlfriend apartment. Defendant claims he was on the lease, did not provide evidence. Judge ruled in favor of the plaintiff giving her the maximum permitted in his Court for damages to her car and suffering.
