Plaintiff claims that defendant constantly breaks her property, cell phones, smashes her belongings, hits her car, he follows her and does not let her go out with her friends, within a year she bought almost 10 cell phones because of him; she says one time he shot her vehicle. The last incident he punched her tires and smashed his car to her car, she called the police, has a report and got a restraining order. By the time she got back to her a[apartment it was destroyed, TV, kitchen, furniture, presented evidence. Defendant keeps laughing throughout her statement, he claims the babysitter made the mess.
