Plaintiff is suing the vehicle owner and the driver, who crashed into her car. Plaintiff claims she was walking towards her house and saw the defendant crashed a cra, a neighbor went to the defendant and says she told her she would leave a note for the car owner; minutes later she saw the defendant trying to cback up and hit her car a couple of times going back and forth, until she basically got her car on top of her, showed photographs as evidence. Defendant claims she did not wreck the car, the car wrecked itself, says the car had a mind of his own. Defendant admits he was her fault, did not have a learners permit, she is 15 yrs old with a 4 month old baby.
