Parties used to live together. Plaintiff claims when they broke up, defendant threw her clothes in the dumpster, around 3 days later he took it out, but, the clothes was already ruined, after that incident they went back together for another 5 months to try to fix their relationship as they have 2 daughters. Defendant denies this accusation, says that he did put the clothes in plastic bags, but, he put it in the garage where she actually found it. Defendant admits he tried to take the tires out of her car to prevent her for leaving, they were both paying for the car. Case is outside of statute of limitation.
