Plaintiff claims defendant damaged the car she rented. Defendant claims the car was already damaged. The plaintiffs car was in the shop, the insurance gave her a rental car, they decided to go to San Francisco; defendant used to date her, she is now dating her sister. Defendant claims that on their way to SF the car started to heat up, she says she did not make it happened, plaintiff could not drive because she did not have a DL. Witness mentioned that plaintiff has been in mental facilities before, Judge dismissed the case.
