Plaintiff is defendants niece, but, she is living with her through legal guardianship statutes. Plaintiff claims defendant is holding her car hostage, although she paid for it, the car is on defendants name. Defendant claims plaintiff does not have a valid DL, nor knows how to drive stick, that is why she is not giving her the car, defendant claims she has a learners permit. Plaintiff claims defendant took her car because hers broke down, she had to move to a transitional home because of all their disagreements, she paid for the car and insurance. Defendant claims that plaintiff is trouble. Defendant was receiving SSI and other funding from the government to support her niece, which was misused. Defendant walked out of the Court after the judge uncovered her misused of the money and the car.
