Defendant rented a motorcycle for 3 days for his son, $130 per day, he rented there before, he called to cancel at least a month before when he found out his son was not coming, defendant did not refund the money, he disputed the credit card charge. Plaintiff claims she has a non cancellation policy in place. Defendant dropped the charges, plaintiff got all the money back, she is suing for the inconvenience. Judge Judy does not agree on giving her any money as she already got it back.
