Plaintiff claims that since the first day of work defendant had something against her. Plaintiff claims she has never been arrested before, spent 4 days in jail, 10,000.00 bail, charges were for felony vandalism. plaintiff claims that she lost her job as defendant filed a restraining order against her, therefore, she could not go back to the same job. Judge Judy called witness Mary Smith, who per defendant was the only one that saw plaintiff vandalizing the car, Mary Smith hang up the phone. Judge does not believe the defendant.
