EPISODE DESCRIPTION

Defendant and plaintiff, who is represented by her mother as she is minor, used to date. Plaintiff claims defendant stole her Ipod, defendant denies the accusation, he says she gave it to him as a gift. The incident happened after they broke up. Defendants say that plaintiff always gave him gifts, they thought this was one of the gifts, even though they were broken up. Plaintiff says that he promised to return the Ipod. They were both minors when plaintiff gave him the Ipod.
