Defendants denied they owe any rent. Defendant was renting a room from plaintiff; plaintiff claims she brought along a friend that was not in the agreement. They did not have a written agreement, therefore, only the rent will be considered. Plaintiff also claims that defendants friend offered to let him use her motorcycle as part of the rent. No ruling on the motorcycle, as there was no agreement.
