Purchased price was $1500, defendant admits they made a payment arrangement of $200 a week, giving him $600 as down-payment, he also admits that he stopped making payments. He claims he stopped making payments because the bike started to break down; although t was determined in court that the bike had been in an accident. Defendant sold the motorcycle to a third party.
