EPISODE DESCRIPTION

Parties are siblings. Defendant admits she got into a physical fight with the plaintiff. Parties were having an argument because of their nephew, as to whether or not he could play with a gun, plaintiff was baby sitting when defendant came to the house to visit her grandmother. Defendant claims plaintiff touched her face first, Judge does not believe her; plaintiff claims defendant came from nowhere and scratched his face first. Defendant admits that after her brutal attack he had to stop her, so he choked her. Plaintiff claims she was defending herself.
