QUICK OVERVIEW

Plaintiff is suing for attorney fees for a child support case, $7900. Defendant is countersuing for harassment.

EPISODE DESCRIPTION

Parties have been divorced for 10 yrs, defendant wanted to relocate with the children as she was getting married, plaintiff authorized the relocation if the $1000 a month he paid for child support was reduced to $500 a month, defendant agreed at the moment. A year and a half later defendant asked the Court to modify the child support, asking for more money and to have plaintiff pay the CS through the Court as she says he was always late paying it. Plaintiff claims defendant set up the hearing date for that modification the day he was getting re-married, and she knew it and did not say anything in Court, resulting in him ordered to pay twice the amount of Child support; he had to hire an attorney to overturn the judgment. The Court ruled in favor of the Plaintiff at that time and overturned the default Judgment.
