EPISODE DESCRIPTION
Plaintiff Zachary Peterson is suing for the cost of plastic surgery, $5000. Parties used to be roommates. One night they were both drunk, got into a fight, plaintiff claims that defendant bit his ear, he now has part of his ear missing. Case dismissed. Plaintiff April Appleby is suing for a computer. Parties used to date, she claims she cosigned a computer for the defendant nad he agreed to pay it back; defendant says it was a birthday gift, Judge ruled that defendant keep making payments for the computer and refund the $70 plaintiff paid for it.
