Parties met online, defendant told plaintiff that among other things, she did Wills and Trusts, plaintiff wanted to update her living Trust, plaintiff says defendant told her she was an attorney, showed sufficient evidence of that statement. Defendant admits she told her she was an attorney, but, later on clarified it, although by that time plaintiff wanted her money back, and never received the money of her Trust back. Judge ruled that defendant returns the deposit.
