Plaintiff claims that they agree that he would give her the car while paying the car, she says they had a payment arrangement, and she still does not have the car. Defendant claims that they agreed that he would give her the car after all the payments were done, which is not the case. Plaintiff showed evidence of the agreement, and where defendant says that he will give her the money back.

1st case is in no way a biological female. "She" is having male pattern baldness.
