EPISODE DESCRIPTION

Parties used to live together, despite the age difference. Plaintiff claims defendant used to hit her with chairs, and vandalized her car with his cane, she had to take her gun out and shot him to have him stop hitting her car, did not shoot anyone. Also claims that he kept bringing women to the house. Defendant admits he vandalized her car but that she deserved it for all the other damages she caused. Defendant claims the police was called different times to the house because of plaintiffs bad behavior, also claims that she damaged his property when she was moving from the house. Plaintiff showed police reports and statements from women that she hurt. Judge dismissed defendants counterclaim, although he granted him $380 for a generator that plaintiff admitted that she has with her.
