Plaintiff claims defendant was in bad condition, started using hard drugs, she helped him with his addiction, he started to get better towards the end of his stay with her; she also claims they fought a lot, he was controlling and mentally abusive. Defendant claims they broke up because he found her in bed with another man, naked; plaintiff denies they were naked. Defendant claims that although he left the house he kept paying his part of the rent because of her kids; plaintiff claims it was because his name was on the lease, not for the kids.
