EPISODE DESCRIPTION

Parties were all members of the Band Everyday Youths. Plaintiff claims that defendant left the band after they discovered he was having sex with one of the band members girlfriend. He also claims that he does not owe them anything as it was his dad who paid for all the equipment. They kept the equipment. Defendant admits plaintiff was paying him $90 a month for the equipment, he showed proof. Plaintiffs showed proof of payments.
