Plaintiff claims defendant sold him a defective Xbox, when he went to return it plaintiff refused to take it back and pointed him with a shot gun. Defendant claims he did not return the Xbox because it was perfectly working, he admits he took out the shotgun to defend himself as plaintiff was destroying his store, and assaulted him with other 3 people. Evidence presented did not support plaintiffs claims, actually, supported defendants claim that he acted in self defense.
