Plaintiff claims defendant owes her for a balance due on a car, she says he just went through a mayor surgery and she learned he has been drinking, using drugs and hanging out with a gang, he used to be a good friend. Defendant says she should be more understanding of his financial situation as he just went through surgery, and denies involvement in a gang, using drugs or drinking. Defendant admits he owes her the balance due, he already paid $380; when the next payment was due he did not have the money, he called her but she did not accept his excuse.
