EPISODE DESCRIPTION

Plaintiff claims he was a security gurad at defendants school, after an incident with defendant Jr, he had to choke him to keep him down, he filed a suit in Court but his case was dismissed. Plaintiff Sr. admits that Jr has a temper, but, it was not an excuse to choke and assault him. Parties had a history of incidents similar to this one, due to defendants behavior in school, father admits it. All the charges against the plaintiff were dismissed in Court as well, but, he lost his job, reputation and everything he has worked for; he showed evidence of his training on how he should act in situation like this. Defendants counterclaim is dismissed.

    I am not only disgusted by this kids actions, but also the actions of the father. The fathers actions are only making the kids actions seem justifiable, which will only lead to him doing it again. I hope you get your job back. This is ridiculous!

    little willie looks like a freaking idiot smh and so does his dad. i'm from jersey and i went to a hood school myself so i saw plenty of situations like this. But the security guard was right to do what he did. This has gotta stop. Kids think they can do what they want and the parents back them up. Pure ridiculousness. So glad you won man.
