Plaintiff claims he did paralegal work for defendant, for a bankruptcy, they agreed that defendant will pay him by repairing his car, paint job, insurance its been a year and the car is still not repaired. Defendant claims he did try to repair plaintiffs car, told him that his BMW needed a new engine, plaintiff refuses to buy a new one. Defendant says they met in the Courthouse and plaintiff acted like an Attorney, also says plaintiff never completed the bankruptcy. Plaintiff paid a deposit of $800. Judge ruled the return of the deposit only, everything else is dismissed.
