Defendant claims she does not owe them money as they did not pay the bond, they just cosigned it. Plaintiffs are the aunt, uncle and father of the defendant; they say she stabbed her boyfriend, went to jail and needed a bond, they signed for it. Plaintiffs showed small amount of money that each one have paid to the bails bond company to avoid their bank accounts to be freeze; that is why they are demanding the defendant pay the bond company directly. Case is dismissed without prejudice, just in case the bond company actually takes money from them or freezes their account.
