EPISODE DESCRIPTION

Plaintiff claims that defendant damaged her car for no reason. Defendant claims the same thing. They both have videos of the incidents. Plaintiff claims that she caught defendant cheating with her boyfriend. The boyfriend admits he was sleeping with the parties at the same time; but, that they did not tell either one they were exclusive. Plaintiff showed videos of the defendant scratching her car. Defendant showed a police report that vaguely says that plaintiff was at her house at 2:30am. Plaintiff showed receipts of payment. Judge ruled in favor of plaintiff, as long as she provides proof of the tires scratching within a week. Agreed. Counterclaim: Dismissed for lack of evidence.
