EPISODE DESCRIPTION

Plaintiff claims the pawn company melted his 5 pesos gold coin without notice or reason. Defendant, who is representing the pawn company, claims that the coin was in there shop for more than the 4 months required by law to get rid of items, he presented the contract as evidence. Defendant says he called the pawn shop and somebody told him he could pick it up in another 2 weeks, when he went to pick it up, it was gone. Defendant denies that someone from the shop told him that, plaintiff does not have proof nor remembers the name of the person that told him that. Defendant showed a notice from the post office with delivery confirmation of a written notice to plaintiff with a due date.
