QUICK OVERVIEW

Plaintiff is suing for discrimination, $3500. Defendant is countersuing for the remaining balance, bounced check, and, punitive damages, $7500.

EPISODE DESCRIPTION

Plaintiff claims he rented a hall from the VFW Veteran of Foreign Wars, for a church charity event, says he was denied the discount as a veteran, he was denied free advertisement and that is why nobody showed up, claims they discriminated him for being African American. Defendants claim that neither of his claims ever happened; plaintiff did not qualified as a VFW, so no discount had to be applied, people did not show up to the event, not even church members and they found that odd; a rep for the VFW went to the church and found out they had no idea about this event, found out plaintiff had a record for scam on charities, showed police reports, his check bounced, showed all the evidence in Court. After racial comments in Court and after checking all the evidence, the Judge ruled in favor of the defendants, awarded the bounced check fee and punitive damages.

I agree 100%. North America has gone PC crazy! Pretty soon we're going to have to call short people vertically challenged (I'm short) and heavy people mobility challenged. Maybe we'll even go PC with dogs too - mutt? Those dogs???
