Plaintiff claims she paid for a cruise, she paid for defendants gambling on the cruise, she paid for Disney annual passes, Disney trip, defendant was supposed to pay her back and never did, paid for clothes for him, and other expenses; she broke up with him because of his lies, she wants her money back, showed evidence of some, not all the receipts. She kept dating him after he was still owing money to her. Defendant claims the cruise was his birthday present, he paid for his gambling with his AMEX, showed receipts. Plaintiff also claims defendant called her school to talk bad about her, pretending be someone else.
