Parties used to be coworkers in a landscaping company. Plaintiff claims defendant destroyed a bag she had put in the ground and run it with his truck. The bag contained expensive items inside, cell phone, essential oils, etc. Defendant claims he did not see the bag and she should not left the bag in the middle of the way where there is a lot of trucks.

    Absolutely love the ruling here. I honestly feel she probably bullied this kid out of his work after this incident too. She's an idiot for leaving her bag on the ground.

    Purse lady is a wacko! If that stuff was so "valuable" and worth so much why would you ever put it on the ground? Common sense would stop you. She obviously doesn't have that.
