Defendant was renting a room from plaintiff, they had a week to week lease agreement. Plaintiff claims she wanted defendant out of the house when she found out he had 2 guns in the house, she also claims he smoked weed in the house, he was disrespectful to her, she asked him to leave and he refused, she had to file for eviction and a restraining order. Defendant says that she also evicted all of the other people renting room, she let mice loose in the house on purpose; plaintiff denies it.
