EPISODE DESCRIPTION

Plaintiff claims she was driving, defendant ran into her car with his skateboard and caused the accident, she is suing for the insurance deductible she had to pay. Defendant claims that it was not his fault, plaintiff is the one that caused the accident. Plaintiff explained that defendant collided with her car, on the side, after she passed him, she stopped, they both interchanged some words, them he told her to move forward so he can get his skateboard from underneath her car, when she did, following his direction, the car destroyed the skateboard, defendant then proceed to kick her car and damaged it, she showed evidence.
