EPISODE DESCRIPTION

Parties were friends. Plaintiff separated from her husband of 12 yrs and said that defendant invited her to live in her house while she could find a place to live, plaintiff claims she became instrumental in defendants life; she says she had some belongings in defendants house, like laptop, clothing, etc. Plaintiff claims defendant threw away her belongings for no reason. Defendant said that she did not invite her to live with her, that plaintiff called her to ask if she could stay for a short time with her. She says when she told plaintiff she would have to look for another place as they were living in a one bedroom apartment, plaintiff went off on her, ranting and threatening her life. Defendant proved that she gave her a reasonable time to pick up her belongings, she was afraid of her. Witness testified of the abuse to defendant; defendant showed as evidence a video were plaintiff was verbally abusing her.
