Plaintiff claims he responded to an ad on Craigslist, and, rented a room from the defendant. Defendant claims he was not renting a room from him, hew was there because he was going out with her cousin, she says that he was not paying rent, he was paying her $500 a month so she could teach her cousin how to perform oral sex, she is an oral sex instructor. Defendant and witness denies what plaintiff claims, they say defendant just threw them out because he was with his girlfriend. The police was called and plaintiff did not find his property. Plaintiff failed to provide evidence that his belongings were at the defendants house.
