Plaintiff claims defendants dog attacked both of her dogs, and, in doing so caused her injuries as she fell on her back trying to defend her dogs. She also says that after the attack she took the dogs to the vet, one the first day, the other one the next day; defendant apologized to her and agreed to pay her $700 as an initial payment for the bills, and because he was unemployed he will give her monthly payments; he gave her a $700 check that said on the memo it was going to be the only and final payment, she did not cash it. Judge ruled in favor of the plaintiff for the vet bills only.
