Plaintiff claims his car was damaged do to the defendants negligence, when leaving equipment in the ground and him driving through it while parking. He sent letters to defendant with no response, this happened 2 years ago. Defendant says the City was doing some jobs there when the incident happened, they were done with the plumbing by then. Judge took a recess to call the City to clarify who was supposed to repair the streets after the plumbing was done, it was determined it was the City; ruled in favor of the defendant.
