Defendant says she was living with plaintiffs granddaughter until she decided to move in with her boyfriend, however she continued paying the rent to give his granddaughter time to find a roommate, she stopped paying rent when plaintiff changed the locks and she could not take her stuff from the apartment. Plaintiff claims he changed the locks after one month was due. Judge ruled in favor of the plaintiff for one month rent, plus, late fees.
